Prairie born and raised, Heather is excited to be singing with Cor Flammae. She has been floating around singing with Vancouver Opera for the past couple of years. Heather earned her Bachelor's of Music at the University of Regina and her Master's degree in Opera Performance at the University of British Columbia she is also a graduate of the Calgary Opera Emerging Artist Program. Heather made her orchestral debut singing with the Regina Symphony Orchestra in 2010. Since then, Heather has been a featured soloist with the Vancouver, Saskatoon and Usti Symphony Orchestras. Some of her operatic roles include Elizabeth Proctor (The Crucible), Prince Charming (Cendrillon), Dorabella (Cosi fan tutte) Cherubino (Nozze di Figaro), and Christian Keith (The Inventor). Most recently she had just finished a tour of B.C, bringing the acclaimed new work Stickboy to young audiences.
